Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns:
All return and refund requests should be submitted within twenty one (21) days of the delivery date.
Please note: Some orders may not qualify for a refund. Please see the exceptions section for more detail.
Acceptable reasons for return:
Delayed in transit/No tracking info:
Destroyed in transit
Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
Delivered but not received
Return Process:
Step 1:
For defective or damaged shipments:
if there has something wrong with the product you received, you need to provide us the pictures as below. We will begin processing your refund request ASAP.
- Pic of outer box (especially broken part of outer box).
- Pic of inner package (especially broken part of inner package).
- Pic of shipping label (shipping lable stuck in outer box).
Refunds:
- All refunds will be processed only after we receive your returns and inspecting the condition of you item.
- Please allow a minimum thirty (30) to sixty (60) days from the receipt of your request to complete the processing of your returns and receiving refunds. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement depending on your bank or financial institution.
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions:
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- For orders that are yet to be processed, have not received confirmations, or yet to be shipped, please contact us immediately so we can process a refund within 7 days. These requests need to be submitted within 1 day of initial purchase.
- Non-defective remorse returns:
- We do not encourage non-defective product returns in general. We reserve the right to right to reject the return and refund request.
- Restocking Fees
- Some products may require a restocking fee upto 35% of purchase price in excess of $50.00. We will notify you if the returned product requires such fees to be deducted from your refund.
